Plantation Room

The “Plantation” room features four pieces of furniture from the owners’ family plantation. Cheery yellow walls, classical bronzes and artwork from the antebellum period are among the items with which the mistress of a prosperous family might outfit their private quarters.

Highlights of the room include an 18th century high-poster full size bed and an Impressionist painting of London during the period. This room features a floor-to-ceiling window overlooking the courtyard. This room shares the hall bathroom with rooms two and four.
